Financial Reporting Analyst External Reporting

Responsibilities
Prepare external reporting requirements, including various SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and earnings presentations, including:
Preparation of schedules used for footnote disclosures
Review of disclosure schedules provided by local accounting teams
Preparation of quarterly presentation for earnings call
Review purchase accounting and related disclosures for new acquisitions
Perform accounting research for various issues, as needed
Perform certain corporate-level accounting processes, including annual goodwill and intangible impairment tests
Maintain XBRL tags for 10-Q and 10-K filings
Review monthly financial statements and results of operations
Opportunities to work on projects with other groups in the company, including Consolidations, Accounting Policy and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
1-3 years of accounting work experience, including public accounting experience
CPA highly preferred
Strong accounting skills
Experience with SEC reporting and related requirements
Strong Excel skills
Ability to think critically with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively with various levels of management
