Job Description
Business Analyst
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in understanding business modeling concepts and business application development
Demonstrated professional work experience in hand’s on Java/J2EE Application Development and/or Engineering role
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Must have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
Demonstrated experience in Agile SDLC
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of process flow charting tools like Visio
Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders in a simple and comprehensible manner
Must have excellent writing skills, with solid experience in writing functional and technical specification documents and detailed user stories
Must have a good understanding of the defect management and resolution process using defect management tools like Client ALM
Must have an excellent ability to multi-task effectively working on several projects synchronously
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior knowledge / experience using JIRA and Blueprint is a plus
Advanced knowledge in Agile SDLC is a plus
Prior experience in Cyber Security is a definite plus
Prior experience in financial / banking institutions is a plus
Strong hands-on knowledge of various ERP business applications, business processes, and system processes
