Job Description

Our client is seeking a strong applications-focused Project Manager, adept in Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise Microsoft Based Applications.

Expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques and ability to select those appropriate to the situation. Aware of leading practice

· Application of many technologies, applications and processes with a particular focus on their capabilities and limitations

· In-depth knowledge of all IT functions and the resources available to deliver projects, programs or manage portfolios

· Strong understanding of business processes, objectives, challenges, and stakeholders across or within business divisions

· Anticipates the business impact of different solutions, and the ability to assess and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and risk

Communicate technical information in an accessible manner to numerous audiences, including senior management, business partners, and junior staff
· Capture business partners' requirements and determines how to best prioritize and address them

· Form productive networks with internal and external business partners, clarifying project needs, explaining technical issues and effectively and proactively managing business partner expectations

· May manage vendors necessary to complete a project

· Conduct a post-project review as required to ensure all deliverables and commitments have been met and there has been compliance with the project methodology

Typical candidates will possess at least 8-10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree

· Project management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP) preferred or equivalent experience required
