Salesforce Business Analyst
Minneapolis, MN
6-month Contract to Hire
Salesforce.com Business Analyst / Administrator needed to participate on an Agile project team working on a new implementation of Salesforce.com for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
This position works within IT and is reporting to the Global IT Manager of Sales and CRM.
Experience:
Information technology experience, including comprehensive understanding of IT and business operations
Experience implementing Sales, and/or Customer Service projects
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud usage, configuration and
customizations in line with business, functional and performance requirements;
Educational:
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
Skill:
Possess business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing
Document and design user and technical requirements and solutions
Able to configure and test Salesforce.com including managing users, data, and security, configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, utilizing App
Exchange packages, building reports, dashboards, and workflows
Proven analytic and problem-solving skills; Solve technical problems and recommend solutions
Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to work effectively within an agile team environment
Work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks/functions
PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
