International Tax Manager

Responsibilities

Experience with US tax reporting of international operations required

Strongly preferred experience in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740, FIN 48), including tax effects of US GAAP purchase accounting

Experience with corporate tax compliance and provision systems preferred (OneSource, TaxStream, or CorpTax)

Manage tax reporting for international operations, including review of Forms 5471 & 8858, maintenance of earnings & profits, foreign tax pools, and determination of available foreign tax credits

determination of effective tax rate, maintenance of balance sheet tax accounts, and preparation of related financial statement ASC 740 and FIN 48 disclosures

Manage domestic and international post-acquisition tax integration and determination of tax entries for US GAAP purchase accounting

Assist in tax planning projects, including legal entity rationalization initiatives

Prepare responses to IRS income tax audit inquiries

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA highly preferred. MBA preferred.

7+ more years progressive experience in corporate income taxation

Significant large corporate group experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department
