UI/UX Designer

Full-Time Permanent

Clearwater, FL

Are you a UI/UX Designer with experience creating both functional and appealing features for both internal and external users of an organization? Do you have a passion for collaboration, design and innovation, and an overall appreciation for the nonprofit world? This may be the role for you!

Job Functions:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and engineers.

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

- Design GUI elements.

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear.

- Utilize CSS/HTML to create fragments to be utilized by development team.

- Create original graphic designs (images, sketches, tables, etc.)

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (responsiveness, etc.)

- Conduct adjustments based on user feedback.

- Adhere to organization style standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of UX design experience - preferably designing complex solutions for 100% digital environments.

- Familiarization with Salesforce, Sitecore, and ServiceNow user interfaces.

- Knowledge of wireframe tools (Wireframe.cc and InVision)

- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions with a good understanding of mobile-first responsive design.

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD): experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability and accessibility concerns.

- Must have an example portfolio of design projects.
