We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, developing and maintaining department budgets and generating cost reports as well as payroll preparation and payroll record maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for assigned general ledger accounts and assisting month end close process Prepares and enters GL accruals and adjustments and maintains records of all journal entries and back-up Analyzes, reviews and reconciles GL accounts monthly Records all cash transactions unrelated to AR activity, reconciles all bank accounts monthly Payroll preparation and payroll record maintenance Provides financial analysis and documentation, including reporting on GL account variances and proposal of adjustments Provides ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned Other duties as assigned by senior management Required Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Hands on ERP experience preferred 1-4 years of accounting experience Payroll experience preferred Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills
