Job Description
This role is to build and support big data related development products as well as automation initiatives within big data and platform services. The following skill sets are required:
” Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent in Majors, or related field
” 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring technologies
” REST web services and API development experience, Angular/React JS preferred
” Five years of experience in distributed computing, security frameworks, Hadoop internals, Kerberos internals, messaging (Kakfa) internals, Active Directory, and java. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Dockers is a plus.
” Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
” Intermediate understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design
” Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
