SERVICENOW DEVELOPER/ADMINISTRATOR
Frisco, TX

We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our global Client's organization! The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will work on a small, collaborative to support ServiceNow and it's applications for the global enterprise.
This position will require experience doing both ServiceNow Development/Configurations and ServiceNow Administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytical and technical expertise for ServiceNow configurations and scripts.
Provide day-to-day administration of our Client's ServiceNow instances.
Create Service Catalog forms and views, configure modules and labels, activate plug-ins, build reports, gauges and homepages.
Create, monitor, modify and publish Service Catalog workflows across platform.
Manage user and group access rights, business rules, controls, and scripting.
Manage CMDB / Discovery and Service Mapping across our Client's global offices and data centers.
Handle incident troubleshooting and resolution for ServiceNow-related issues.
Use scripting tools to create Service Now functionality and automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow.
Articulate technical concepts using easily understandable business language.
Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems both manually or using plugins, web services, or other means as determined to be best fit for purpose.
Research and deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow production environment.
Develop or update application administration documentation.
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
Work with process owners to develop and implement ServiceNow workflows
Report Setup/Custom Reporting including PA, SLA, and Metrics configuration
Perform data imports and maintain connectivity to other systems
Perform 3rd Party software integrations
Facilitate and support roll-out of new applications and modules
Participate on project teams as necessary
Assist the Service Management Office (SMO) with development and implementation of best practices and procedures
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
4+ years' of experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.
4+ years' of configuration and/or customization experience with ServiceNow applications, including modification to existing ITSM, Security Operations, and Customer Service
Management modules, including custom scripting
Discovery and/or Asset ServiceNow training preferred
Strong working knowledge of key ServiceNow applications
IT Service Management
Security Operations
Customer Service Management
Project management or development life-cycle skills beneficial
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technological problems
Experience integrating with web services (publishing or consuming)
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
ServiceNow System Administration Certification
Scripting in ServiceNow Certification
Developer
