Job Description
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and configure production, staging and quality assurance environments to support DNSSEC services.
Perform daily operations support functions, including problem isolation and resolution
Perform implementations and follow strict procedural documents to the letter
Interface with Development, QA, Performance, Project Management, Customer Service,
Business, and other Operations organizations
Work with the team to develop necessary automation tools and scripts.
Coordinate with other technical staff to implement systems and software
Document processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plans
Qualifications:
Scripting skills (Python, Shell,etc.)
Experience with automating production processes and procedures
Preferred (but not required) experience with DNS and DNSSEC
Experience with the SOC audit framework and procedures
Preferred (but not required) experience with cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure frameworks
Experience with Enterprise deployment automation tools (Ansible, Docker or similar)
Knowledge of Agile Workflow Methodology
Proficiency with Red Hat Linux Administration
Experience with Information Security, Cryptography, DNSSEC Operations, and Project Management
