Key Responsibilities:

Interface with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and Product Teams.

Lead Development Team to create outstanding user experience applications.

This Developer will be responsible for approximately 60% Front End and 40% Back End
Development, with a focus on the end-user experience.

Work with Development partners to ensure coding standards are being followed, unit tests are written, and that performance standards for applications are met.

Manage Vendor partners' Development workload, and review code fixes of Production issue/root causes.

Hands-on triage of production issues, and investigate the root cause of issues from
Application front end, API, DB or any other sub-systems consumed.

Identify the need for code refactoring and managing tech debt for all applications.

Assist with defining application rating (response time and SLAs for critical business functions) and cloud resource scaling as the application usage scales.

Knowledge of application monitoring in enterprise monitoring tools.

Ability to create Dashboards in Azure, AppDynamics, and leverage available monitoring tools.

Business savviness (can explain a technical solution to a non-technical person).

Ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

To achieve the key objectives of the role, you will need the following skills and experience:

Must have two to three years of hands-on experience working in a REACT Full Stack
Development Environment.

Expert knowledge of implementing design principles and techniques for Full-Stack Development.

Hands-on expertise working with C# and Web API's.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web Developer.

Extensive experience with hands-on in developing Business layer, Validation and Database Integration.

Working with Agile principles and methodologies and DevOps development processes.

Experience in developing API's and Web-based Applications.

Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders to gain
consensus, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
