Full Stack Developer

Long Term Contract

Jersey City, NJ

Financial Services Client

Responsibilities:

Design technical infrastructure for applications and assist in defining application tools.

Develop applications architecture and blueprints which reflect business logic of the section or division.

Define application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools.

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of vendor application software and tools.

Provide technical guidance to cross-functional, cross-platform application development teams.

Consult on integration and conversion activities, experiences, and considerations.

Participate in mapping technology-independent applications architecture to chosen technology platform.

Conduct reviews and analyses of organizational needs to make recommendations regarding the development and implementation of applications.

Act as subject matter expert and stay abreast of latest technology infrastructure and
processes in industry and marketplace.

Participate in the resolution of high-impact, moderately complex system problems
affecting multiple applications or across multiple platforms using the appropriate debugging tools and techniques such as probes, animators, traces, sniffers, and dumps.

Contribute to the achievement of multiple teams’ objectives.

Qualifications:

Full Stack Developer role with Java, Spring Boot/Spring integration/Spring Batch and Angular 2+

Senior role, 8+ years of hands-on experience required

Cloud based technologies/services

Understanding of Docker, Containers

Re-engineering business processes in portal

For back-end, write business logic, Rest APIs, interact with database or other data points

60% front end, 40% back end
