Job Description

You will be working closely with the Programme/Project Manager and Heads of Department to help analyze requirements and shape regional project deliverables across the whole programme and must have demonstrable experience within client and fund reporting change programme’s.

Business Analyst will frequently interact with the London business and technology teams involved in the global initiative.

Responsibilities

Detailed requirements engineering within client and fund reporting space (current and future state analysis)

Production of data, components, and reports specifications

Mapping of processes and workflows alongside written descriptions

Moderately complex technical data analysis and queries

Identification of the Americas specific regulatory reporting requirements

Identification of any regional adjustments to the Target Operating Model

Specification and development of test scenarios and testing support

Timely, accurate and concise status reporting highlighting progress, issues, and risks

Management of stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project

Operational readiness planning

Post-go-live support to business teams

Basic Qualifications

Excellent understanding of the Asset Management industry

Excellent knowledge of Client and Fund Reporting systems/processes/digital offering

Excellent requirements engineering and documentation of process flows

Excellent knowledge of the US fund reporting requirements

Excellent communication skills, including written, pictorial, presentational, verbal
skills, with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences and levels
within the organization

Excellent data analysis skills

Advanced SQL knowledge with previous use of SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of implementing client and fund reporting and digital offering

Experience of working in an agile environment (preferably SAFe)

Experience of test planning/execution

Experience of working on significant business change projects across both functional and geographic boundaries

Experience of working with global colleagues and stakeholders and sensitivity to cultural differences and time zones

Working knowledge of equities, fixed income & derivative asset classes

Relevant Business Analyst and/or Asset Management qualifications
