The Electronic Trading Group in the Front Office is actively looking for talents to meet the demand.

In particular, we are hiring a front-office developer for the Electronic Trading Desk.

We are seeking a candidate with the potential to build productive business relationships with colleagues and the customers of the group.

The candidate must have a strong interest in a career in capital markets.

Responsibilities

Work closely with traders and strategists to develop advanced electronic trading tools, system and algorithms to enhance our market-making/ hedging/ execution efficiency.

Design, develop & manage algorithmic trading systems to enhance market making, risk management and execution efficiency.

Design front office tools for improving existing workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s required with a strong computer science/ computer engineering background.

Strong computer programming experience is required.

Technical Skills: Core Java, JavaScript, Multi-threading

Demonstrated strong interest in financial trading system.

Ability to communicate and work with traders and strategists.

Strong drive and interest in trying new technologies & new solutions.

Python and typescript experience is a plus.

Network programming experience is a plus.

Understanding of middleware messaging system like Tibco and MQ is a plus.

Quant/Algo knowledge is a plus

OMS knowledge is a plus
