Part-time Technical Support
Shakopee, MN
Hours: 11am 3pm, Monday through Friday
Contract with option to convert and extend hours in future if both parties are interested
This will be over the phone technical support call center environment.
- Track customer communication in SalesForce.com
- Provide accurate and timely support to products including resolving external customers with product difficulties.
- Provide a positive customer experience. Managing, prioritizing, and resolving or escalate support request.
- Microsoft Office, knowledge of consumer electronic products, software or networking knowledge
