Job Description
AVP Regulatory Compliance Associate Position
Responsibilities
Work with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer to monitor/update/revise the Bank's CRA activities which includes the quality review of the CRA Action Plan through the
Company's CRA & Fair lending committee.
Submit, maintain and monitor vendor payments.
Assists with loan reports and produces documentation for monthly and annual loan reviews
Coordinate with Corporate compliance in connection with new employees to provide CRA lending, Investment and service test training to applicable employees
Work with CRA Officer to prepare, analyze, review, and submit Home Mortgage Disclosure
Act Loan Application Register (LAR,) Community Reinvestment Act Small Business and
Community Development (LARs) to ensure compliance with HMDA and CRA.
Collect and perform a quarterly review of the Bank's lending data ahead of CRA officer quarterly reporting to the CRA & Fair Lending committee and the Board of Directors
Work with CRA Officer to determine how the Bank will be evaluated by CRA Examiners and make appropriate recommendations for improvements with regards to the Bank's lending, investment, and service activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years' experience with thorough knowledge of CRA regulations preferred
Community development experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with CRA Wiz and/or QuestSoft data software preferred
Strong familiarity with CRA reportable lending, especially small business & community development
Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
