Job Description

As the Senior UX/Ecommerce Designer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and related software and systems.

Many of these applications are e-commerce systems consisting of secure, shopping cart-style websites.

You'll perform ground-up development, maintenance of existing applications, QA testing, and technical support on these applications.

You will work independently, and on a development team.

The team recently hired on an additional Senior UI Developer and you will be tasked with adding Design experience to the team.

Prior ecommerce experience is essential for this position.

Experience with Machine Learning is also going to be an added bonus!

Required Experience

5+ years of prior professional web development experience is required

Strong experience with user-interface development including front-end technologies such
HTML5, and responsive design.

Strong experience with JavaScript libraries such as Vue.js, System.js, Node.js, and
Knockout.js.

Strong experience with CSS technologies such as Bootstrap, and LESS.

Intermediate experience with ASP.NET, C#, IIS, Visual Studio.

Solid understanding of browser/platform compatibility issues and code solutions.

Solid understanding of coding techniques to prevent cross-site scripting and other
malicious attacks.

Desired Experience

Experience developing ASP.NET web applications hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

Experience with MVC.

Basic understanding of web services such as Web API.

Experience with t-SQL.

Experience with Git, and NuGet.

API integration (especially social media).
