Sr Automated QA / Architect (Remote)

Minneapolis, MN

$90,000 - $110,000 base pay range DOQ

Our direct client is looking to add a Senior level Automated QA resource on their Digital Shared Service team!

This is a large, geographically dispersed, on/offshore, well-known, highly profitable privately-owned organization.

We are looking for a local, Minneapolis-St Paul, Minnesota resident, who will have 100% remote flexibility!

There is a local office to go into, however, these digital development and QA teams are scattered across the country and offshore.

We are looking for Senior level resource who has architecture, "roll up the sleeves automated testing , creation of standards and frameworks, creates instant credibility with UI and API Development teams, automation expertise, ability to mentor and provide technical direction, etc.

This resource will gain exposure to all tech stacks, apps, frameworks, cloud/web/mobile, etc.

.Net, Java, Selenium, Node, Opensource, etc.

Must be:

Proven Senior level Automation QA

Proven ability and exposure with mentoring Mid/Jr level QA Testers

Ability to provide examples of working with multiple teams / stakeholders / leaders in order to craft automation testing models, efficiencies, standards, frameworks

Ability to articulate examples of working with Front End, backend, API Development teams

Tools Experience with some of following:

Jest, Selenium, WebDriverIO, Enzyme, etc.

Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Bamboo, etc.

Experience working with multiple tech stacks and coding languages

Unit Testing, Integration Testing, End to End testing, Exploratory Testing, etc.

Coding / Scripting Exposure and/or experience: Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python,

Recent experience working in Agile environment
