The Finance and Operations Analyst will provide overall process support for period close, preparation of forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), along with financial analysis and reporting.

Reporting to the CFO.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide financial assessment on new innovation, forecasting opportunity size, and developing innovation P&Ls

Effectively analyze and articulate business case results and drivers – key forecast assumptions, drivers of spending, variances from expected outcomes, etc.

Provide insightful analysis results and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem-solving and business-improving recommendations

Undertaking ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested

Support warehouse, inventory, and logistics data analysis

Gather and interpret data from core internal databases to monitor operational/category trends and identify issues

Track adoption of and compliance with Federal and State taxes/reports and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience: 1-3 years

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights

Strong managerial and business partnering skills and ability to influence cross functional partners and senior management

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Ability to function well in a team environment
