  Description:   Job Description - Customer Service Representative (Fort Lee)

Behaviors & CompetenciesMust be proactive self-starter with a Customer First Personal; ability to communicate effectively with all constituents; manage multiple deliverables simultaneously; adhere to code of ethics and bank policies

Duties & Responsibilities

CSROpen and close accounts of all types

Perform and review customer account maintenance

Maintain and enter data customer service department logs

Assist customer with account inquiries

Perform daily dual ATM< settlement with teller

Contact customer deposited return items, checkbook, orders, and other minor issues

Prepare and input wire transfers

Cross sell and market deposit products

Verify daily vault cash with tellers

TellerManage branch cash/coin vault position daily

Assist customer with account inquiries

Settle ATMs daily (dual control with CSR)

Prepare and review counterfeit currency and send to US Secret Service

Issue, report, and oversee official checks and money orders

Verify signatures of checks issued in excess of $5k report

Verify customer for access to safe deposit box and maintain log

Process and reconcile daily loan check
