Downtown Dallas, TX

Our national real estate client is in need of a Level 2/3 Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician for an open-ended contract.

This position will be 90% remote phone support and 10% hardware and desk side support.
The ideal candidate will truly believe in customer service and require very little ramp up time.

We are looking for a true support consultant that can help the Help Desk catch back up on tickets.


- Resolving tickets in a timely manner

- Adding printers

- Successfully running and troubleshooting virus scans

- Basic end user connectivty and software support

- Limited hardware support

- PC builds

- Mobile phone configuration and support

- Password resets

- Excellent customer service skills

- Additional software, hardware and infrastructure support as needed


- Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013

- Microsoft Windows XP/7/10

- Active Directory/Exchange

- Real Estate systems (i.e. Yardi, Real Page, etc)
