Business Analyst/ QA Hybrid
6 Month Contract to Hire
Minnetonka, MN
Our client in Minnetonka is looking to add a hybrid BA/QA to their team. This resource will have a lot of responsibility within the contact center. The job duties are currently being done by the engineers on the team and has caused them to be overworked. This is a great opportunity to move into a Hybrid role within a growing team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7 years of work experience beyond degree
• Advanced working knowledge and skill of professional field with ability to function as a subject matter expert for other staff.
• QA for a Contact Center is REQUIRED
• Avaya experience is preferred, however other technology experience such as Cisco, Genesys, etc. would be considered
• Experience with automated testing tools for Contact Centers is also preferred (Hammer, Cyara, etc.)
• Proficient in Visio and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge of testing methods, writing test scripts, test cases, automated test scripts
