Direct Hire

Pay up to $105,000/year
Looking for a BA to create and manage the design of web applications.
This role requires a background in healthcare, must have an understanding of business practices and healthcare IT systems such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (HER) and HL7 versions, including MEDITECH Expanse, Cerner, Epic, Allscripts and or MEDHOST.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5- 7 yrs. experience on increasingly challenging projects in business, or systems analysis
Thorough understanding of critical IT processes - project lifecycles, Agile, and SDLC
Proven analytic skills, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations
Understanding of HL7 standards and all levels of the framework including the data exchange for Clinical,
Diagnostics, Medications, Workflow, and Financial processes
Understanding and application of HL7 segments and message types, including Admissions (ADT),
Medical Document Management (MDM), and Order Messaging (ORM).
