Operations Analyst 2
Contract to Hire
Minneapolis, MN
In this role you will be working within a team dedicated to modernizing and digitalizing operational processes.
You will be providing production support for automated processing running in a quality assurance or production environment while ensuring robotic process automation meets the Enterprise Next Generation Optimization COE requirements.
You will be supporting and assisting in the day to day running of RPA in all environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the collective RPA team, troubleshoot, root cause, and resolve complex technical issues; as appropriate, work directly with Transformation Analyst or Business partners in a prompt, friendly and thorough manner.
Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting to identify RPA processing issues with applications and/or preferred vendor solutions.
Where appropriate, edit and repurpose documentation for development staff and any audit requirements.
Apply process changes as appropriate; further escalate complex changes/issues to Transformation
Analysts where appropriate.
Manage processing alerts via preferred vendor tools.
Comprehension and documentation of processing issues and the resolutions.
Be a subject matter expert for questions regarding the preferred vendor application and key internal applications.
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and provide resources to complete projects as needed; such as virtual desktops set-up, Blue Prism application requirements and any remote desktop
applications.
As skill set improves there will be additional responsibilities and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or related field
3-5 years experience in securities, banking or technology
2 years experience with project coordination, mentoring or leadership
Experience with business process redesign
Experience with Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
VBA Development
MS Access Development
SQL and VBA Analysis
Risk Control experience
Operations Support Analyst
Information Technology
