Job Description
Job Title: Account Onboarding Analyst
Duties:
The Onboarding professional will be responsible for the onboarding of new accounts into BlackRock Private Investors and USPC channels.
This requires reviewing new accounts for client information, management and restriction data, and billing details.
Accounts must be accurately processed and released for trading within a designated timeframe.
The role also includes ongoing maintenance of the existing accounts to reflect client or account level changes.
It also includes reviewing and approving client contracts for PI management.
*OT Expected, 50 hours per week estimated.
Skills:
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) *Aladdin, Client APL experience is a plus
*General knowledge of financial markets, investment classes and business operations is required
*Excellent research and analytical skills preferred
*Detail oriented & Team Player
*Ability to multi task
*Must be able to work overtime when required.
Education:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience required.
