We have a large technology firm located in Eatontown, NJ looking to bring on two Human Resources Consultants to assist with open enrollment for benefits. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist employees with enrolling in benefit plan at kiosks through Oracle HCM (the Company HR system). Ensure completion of enrollment process and provide confirmation information. Proactively learn about the SubCom benefit plan in order to assist with basic questions during open enrollment. Perform various administrative work Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities: One or more years of HR experience strongly preferred in a benefit administration capacity. Experience with Oracle HCM preferred. Maintain confidentiality of employee data. Proficient with computers and software, including using online enrollment processes. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly. Must be organized, accurate and friendly. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to direction.
