Knowledge of Big Data / Hadoop platoform, HIVE, BI Tools like Tableau and Cognos, Production Migration, Knowledge of Big Data extract utilities and tools.

• 3 - 5 years IT experience

• Strong experience in Hadoop file structure development and data ingestion

• Strong HiveQL and SQL Development skills

• Strong experience in Java programming

• Strong experience in ETL processing and tools (experience in Abinitio is preferred)

• Performance Tuning Map Reduce/Hive Jobs

• Programming Experience with Hadoop / Map-Reduce with Java/Python/Scala

• Unix / Shell scripting

• Designing distributed solutions for parallel processing of large data

• Full SDLC Experience (requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, deployment, support)

• Good communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Spark/Scala programming

• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies

• Test driven development

Support delivery of team's consumption full life cycle projects. Support delivery of migration projects (Hortonworks and Cloudera). Support end-to-end object migrations (promote-to-production).
