What You'll Do:

Prospect for potential candidates using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking events
Manage candidate relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships
Research the NY metro market and identify hiring and market trends
Deliver exceptional customer service, remaining engaged with all candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
Build a strong professional network that results in future business opportunities
Interview applicants and perform reference checks
Preparing written and verbal candidate presentation documents
Collaborate with peers in the local branch as well as other branches across the US for additional recruiting tactics
Demonstrate the importance of timely follow up with candidates and internal staff making communication/transparency a top priority
Remain a tech industry expert within the NY market for hiring

Skills/Experience You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
2+ years of business experience preferably in sales or recruiting
Competitive and coach-able mindset
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
