Tax, Senior: Primary job duties include a combination of:

Provide end-to-end tax legal entity requirements (covering high level structuring through implementation) for new business initiatives.

Collaborate on design, process improvement, building, implementing and supporting a global legal entity solution.

Actively participate in projects throughout their life-cycle from planning through delivery.

Independently drive smaller projects or components of larger projects.

Possess the ability to work toward a strategic roadmap, while still being interested and willing to engage in the day-to-day details.

Build and maintain relationships with our key technology team, as well as, technical teams across the
global tax department.

Provide legal entity support for matters related to W-9s, SS4s, EIN letters, communication with the IRS, etc..

The Tax Senior will have a CPA, preferred.

Experience with large-scale tax or accounting business processes and data flows.

Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.

Experience with large data sets and/or data investigation.

Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.

Demonstrate ability to successfully contribute to complex, milestone driven projects.

Detail oriented individual who takes ownership of projects, is organized, possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and is able to deliver on tight deadlines.

Highly motivated, hard-working, and able to work in a fast-paced, informal, and often ambiguous environment.

Spanish is a must
