Job Description

ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) Business Analyst

The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst supports the Enterprise Risk Manager in all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program.

Responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on the risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

The analyst will work closely with all business units and provide back-up to the other areas under the oversight of the Enterprise Risk Director.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, management information system, mathematics, finance, economics or a related area required

2 years' experience within financial services/payments industry, exposure preferably within enterprise/operational risk management

Prior experience demonstrating an understanding of risk management, payments operations and analytical abilities

Qualifications Desired:

Broad financial services industry experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Support the team in the implementation and maintenance of the ERM framework and supporting programs, procedures and systems (Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (eGRC) – RSA Archer tool)

Assist the team in risk assessment, monitoring and reporting functions

Assist the team with the implementation and monitoring of the Issue Management process

Create and maintain governance and user documents for the processes that support TCH's ERM
Framework and ensuring all ERM procedures are updated timely and stored on Share Point and Shared drives

Assist the ERM team in performing the Regulatory Liaison role

Support TCH's risk management philosophy and culture within the organization

Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to Enterprise Risk Management framework, on an as needed basis

Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner

Proficient in MS Office skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

Ability to work independently with little supervision

Conducts himself/herself with highest level of professionalism and self-motivation

Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse tasks

Proven communication and collaboration skills
