    Business Analyst – Actimize Implementation specialist

    A management consulting firm is looking for a specialist to help implement Actimize with a financial institution in midtown.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform analysis of business requirements and convert them to product / technical solutions for installation, modification and implementation of functionality on Nice Actimize AML solutions like -
    Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) and Risk Case Management (RCM).

    Participate in data requirement analysis and assist with creating data mapping between source systems to AML solution data structure.

    Perform configurations, patching and upgrades for Nice Actimize AML Solutions.

    Support ad-hoc inquiries from stakeholders, clients, audit and other technical teams.

    Lead troubleshooting of issues to ensure quick investigations and resolutions.

    Formulate test cases and test plans. Prepare test data and provide support in the testing process.

    Produce documentation required for the implementation of Actimize solutions – production checklist, deployment plan, deployment instructions as well as support production set-up

    Handled production issues dealing with data, system flows etc.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree required with computer science, information technology or similar major/field of study

    Minimum of 4 years of financial banking industry experience, with at least 2 years of experience on implementation and upgrades of any one of the Actimize AML solutions –SAM, CDD, WLF

    Minimum of 2 years of strong experience on SQL Server or Oracle Databases

    Knowledge of software development lifecycle

    Knowledge of programming languages preferred

    Knowledge of federal laws related to BSA/AML, sanctions compliance or regulatory risk preferred

    Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance

    Demonstrated professional integrity

    Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment

    Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients

    Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one's own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet

    Willing to travel up to 15% but may exceed based on business needs

    Available for client work and/or travel Monday through Friday on a general basis, including occasional nights and weekends
