    2-5 years of Admin experience and great MS Excel skills.

    Short term contract located in Trenton, NJ. Pay rate is $19.hr

    A Well-Known organization is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist on a Special

    Project.

    Duties:

    Provides moderately complex administrative support for a project in one department, reporting to and assisting one or more managers

    Researches and obtains information for reports and special assignments; this is a position specifically to assist in the gathering/collating of information for a department project

    Executes special or continuous research and moderately complex data analysis

    Analyzes problems, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations for action by
    superior

    Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports

    May act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines are met

    Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs, and product line

    Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence

    Typically uses software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases applications (Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with Excel is required)

    Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, fax or other office machines

    Will be required to make phone calls to gather information on behalf of the manager in order to achieve specific results for the assignment

    Skills:

    Typically requires advanced word-processing and other personal computer skills

    Strong competence with Excel is a must for this position

    Must also have confident phone communication skills and the ability to research for information on the internet, and then organizing and compiling the information into a specific format for the manager

    3-5 years of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of job-related experience
