Responsibilities

Identifying and implementing direct and indirect tax planning opportunities

Creating, implementing and managing tax models and forecasts impacting cash, tax expense and tax asset assets/liabilities including potential effects from tax planning, business activity and/or M&A activity

Supporting M&A activity including due diligence, structuring and implementation

Being a functional contact supporting business leaders on tax and tax-related matters

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.

8-10 years of experience coming from public accounting and corporate with income tax experience

Licensed CPA preferred

Experience with data visualization tools

Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influencing strategy and achieving goals by working with people across the organization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly effective interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, with an ability to address complex tax matters in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals
