Java Developer

Required Skills:

” 7+ years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions.

” Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes.

” Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.

” Object Oriented full lifecycle software design and development.

” Expertise in Development utilizing Core Java and J2EE.

” Expertise in Spring framework (spring-core, spring-mvc, spring-boot).

” Knowledge of build/dependency management tools such as Maven, SCM (Subversion, Bit Bucket).

” Database knowledge Db2, SQL, table structure, data relationships.

” Experience with UNIX and shell scripting.

” Designing and Developing Web Services - SOAP & REST.

” Design the application in a way that both solves the problem and handles the exception flow tool.

” Understand the tooling that can be put around the development process to help ensure stable builds and stable processes.

” Estimate within a predictable threshold how long work is going to take.

” Maintain a connection to technical trends. Understand how and when to apply new technology to solve a problem.
