    6+ month contract to hire

    Our Atlanta based client is hiring an Desktop Support Engineer for a contract to hire position.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong focus around customer service, excel in supporting both hardware and applications and be able to do light travel annually (less than 25% after conversion to a permanent employee).

    What You'll Do:

    Provide support to approximately 100 employees, both over the phone and deskside

    Provide Executive level support to all C-Level employees

    Complete project work (managing new and existing hardware shipments, hardware deployments, imaging, etc)

    Resolve tickets in a timely manner

    Provide an excellent customer experience to all end users

    Skills/Experience You'll Need:

    5+ years of enterprise IT Desktop Support experience

    A+, Network+ and/or HDI certifications

    Experience supporting the following:

    Windows (XP/7/10) imaging and support

    Internet connectivity issues

    Password Resets

    Desktop deployments/refreshes

    Exchange (configuring accounts and migrating profile data)

    Printers (add and configure)

    PC/Laptop staging and imaging

    ServiceDesk Plus or a related ticketing system

    Excellent communication skills and a true passion for learning and growing technically
