As a Platform Support Engineer, you'll help configure and maintain services that power our risk intelligence platform as well as help clients with their configuration and issues. Responsibilities: The ability to quickly learn and operate SaaS platforms (web and mobile clients) Troubleshoot reported bugs, reproduce and assist with diagnosing issues. Perform technical configuration and integration for clients Identify improvements to our internal tools Contribute in the development, documentation, and enforcement of processes and policies across departments Requirements: 2+ years' experience in technical support, preferably with a SaaS company Proven experience walking customers through the troubleshooting process Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban styles of Agile development Experience working in a Linux environment Python scripting Experience with Jira or Zendesk ticketing systems
