BUSINESS AUTOMATION ANALYST

Lake Mary, FL

6+ Month Contract to Hire

ICS is hiring a qualified Business Automation Analyst for our Client in the Lake Mary, Florida area! This position requires strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills in order to evaluate automation opportunities.

Our ideal candidate has knowledge in the real estate or timeshare industries and prior experience in documenting business processes and technology workflow.

We are looking for a self-starter—a highly organized, analytical-minded professonal who is eager to learn transaction processes and business practices as well as suggest new automation opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Analyze, document, and automate manual business processes using automation tools available within the company.

Translate business requirements into specific functional requirement and solutions.

Document old and revised business processes and automated processes.

Resolve system problems to ensure automation processes run smoothly.

Monitor automation performance and evaluate and improve efficiency.

Set a positive example to others relative to professionalism and the respect of others in order to
contribute to a positive tone in the workplace.

Analyze, suggest and document automation opportunities and solutions

Implement new automation using automation technology tools

Monitor and support existing automation

Work under general supervision.

Actively contribute to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.

Become a subject matter expert in all major areas of the division and support the team as needed.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree or higher is highly desirable

3+ years of hands-on experience with automating business processes using technology tools is required

3+ years real estate, title insurance, or timeshare industry related experience desired, escrow experience a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Valid driver's license

Candidate needs experience in automation of a manual business process, but does not need specific experience in a particular automation tool

Will consider Software Analysts or Developers, but position does not require software coding or development

Needs to have knowledge of real estate, title, or time share business processes

Potential for assignment extension and temp to perm

Local candidates to Lake Mary, FL only

Some out of state travel may be required (<10% travel to Orlando or Las Vegas)
