Junior Data Analyst
Direct Hire Position
Eden Prairie, MN
Position Overview:
Successfully create, manage, and optimize rules that produce incremental revenue streams
Demonstrate rationale for strategic changes to be made
Focus on metrics that impact the bottom line
Manage business with key industry suppliers
Work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution, analysis, and optimization of revenue objectives
Prepare management reports defining the problem, documenting the analysis, and recommending courses of action in order to determine the best outcomes
Provide effective quantitative reporting on the effectiveness and success of each exercise
Responsible for manipulating, and analyzing data, preparing reports, conducting competitive analysis and assisting with evaluation of the customer markets in existing business and potential new business.
Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to segment and target revenue potential
Assist with data mining necessary to provide accurate and meaningful competitive audits
Position Requirements:
Must have an Undergraduate Degree - preferably in Business, Economics, or related field
1+ years of professional/related work experience
Demonstrates excellent communication skills - is comfortable sharing analysis insights and key findings to executives
Must have strong Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically Excel and Power Point
