Immediate need for qualified staff accountant in the Dallas area, fast-track for growth to a senior and leadership role.

Ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of full-cycle accounting, variance analysis and revenue.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries with high attention to detail

Analyze cash flow and balance sheet statements, providing insight and feedback to management

Reconciliation of high-volume payment processing balance sheet accounts

Variance analysis, year over year, quarter over quarter, analyze and bring to resolution any issues

Provide suggestions for improvement for accounting department, streamline processes

Collaborate to improve projects and team

Assist in month-end close process

Cash flow files, P&L statements, balance sheet statements

Ad hoc reports

Requirements

1-4 years of accounting experience, public accounting preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or CPA eligible preferred

Advanced Excel, major ERP experience

Display ability to self-manage and work in a collaborative environment

Ability to thrive and adapt in changing environments while providing excellent internal/external customer service

Interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
