Job Description

Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect will help to drive the company's full stack roadmap to enable rapid delivery of the Firm's goals and objectives.

The Enterprise Architect will achieve this by strategically designing, developing, and implementing applications and services for enterprise-level systems that are scalable and based on best practices.

This role will act as an advocate and governance of other system development and integration work, including PaaS, SaaS, web, Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud.

The Enterprise Architect will lead by example, evangelize the technology & Enterprise integration roadmap, and be an advocate of new technology and development techniques.

Required Skills:

Define and document architecture and technology standards

Ability to work closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing software.

Provide hands on experience driving Proof Of Concept (POC)/Proof of Technology (POT)

Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues.

Demonstrated Experience with full stack end to end development. Ability to create components that are modular, scalable, and maintainable.

Experience with as many of the following Tools and Technologies:

Data Visualization & Data Discovery: Power BI or Tableau or Qlik,

Data Integration & ETL: Informatica, Alteryx, SQL Server Integration Services

Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle

Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, AWS

one or more modern JavaScript frameworks like ExtJS or Angular.js or React.js

C#,.NET and Java application development

REST API, SOAP Web Service and SOA Development

Agile Development Techniques and Team Collaboration Tools, preferably JIRA.

Source code management systems like Subversion/GIT

Ability to coach developers to continuously elevate their engineering skills to deliver innovative and high quality applications.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, when required.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction

Qualification:

8+ years' experience developing & integrating web applications

Hands on Experience developing and deploying systems on a multi-cloud environment, including AWS and/or Azure

AWS Solutions Architect certification is preferred

Knowledge of TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture Standards or Frameworks

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
