If you have a strong background in being a member of a team that leads enterprise-level planning and implementation projects, as well as, are a subject matter expert in industry leading platform technologies.

As a Business Automation Senior Consultant, you will

Lead the delivery of projects and solutions to completion in a team environment while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mindset, and collaborative communication style.

Leverage an understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Business Process
Automation/Management, IT Service Management, Enterprise Content Management, Records
Management, Web Content Management, Intranet and Collaboration concepts to build high quality,
internal and external solutions for customers.

Integrations between industry leading business applications such as Salesforce, SharePoint and ServiceNow through the use of no-code/low-code technologies.

Customization of solutions leveraging platform technologies through the use of JavaScript, PowerShell, Azure and AWS.

Create Information Architecture design competencies that will enable customers to classify and locate information quickly and efficiently.

Create customer branded solutions leveraging marketing assets that delivery a high-quality experience for end customers.

Design solutions for customers that target Office 365, Azure or AWS.

Design and develop custom workflow solutions to tailor solutions to enterprise process needs.

Mentor and/or lead 1-2 teammates in the development of consultative and technical skills to maintain a high-performance customer delivery team.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Professional Qualifications:

4 - year degree (or work experience equivalent)

Successful completion of at least one relevant certification exam or demonstrated proficiency in at least one relevant technical competency.

5-7+ years of professional experience

3-5+ years of project experience

Have a background in business process automation or business application development with a strong understanding of collaboration, integrations and business processes.

8 + years of experience with Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow or other platform technology and .NET or JavaScript development

Ability to deliver presentations on platform technology focused topics to business and technical audiences in a customer or conference setting.

Special Skills:

Familiarity with development operations (DevOps) practices and procedures, team development, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Can and will handle the most difficult of tasks with confidence

Pioneers new technology with confidence

Information Architecture (taxonomy, search, retention)

Governance and Security

Workflow Engines: Workflow Foundation 4, Workflow Manager Client 1.0, SharePoint Designer Workflow, K2 and Nintex

SharePoint APIs: CAML, CSOM, REST API

Framework 3.0, 3.5.4.5

Database Engines: SQL Server
