Description
ICS is partnered with a growing industry leader in seafood distribution & wholesale; we are seeking a passionate, motivated, and strategic Project Manager to partner with the leadership team for the launch, execution, and continuous development of brand campaigns.
This individual will be a marketing & communications expert with the ability to define, develop, and build project materials with strong attention to detail for current needs and critical thinking skills for future planning.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Spearhead communication material development, approval, and distribution
Maintain all press kits and pressrooms for company and brands
Aid in the creation and management of external communication materials including fact sheets, key messages, and Q&As
Manage public relations strategy and execution for consumer and trade events/trade shows to leverage and maximize brand awareness
Research and implement creative storytelling initiatives to expand and tell our story/brand, amplifying key milestones across channels including earned media and partnerships
Assist with responding to issues of corporate concern via traditional, digital and social media, including drafting key messages and consumer responses
Oversee and maintain up-to-date platforms, including website and social channels
Manage speaking engagements for company
Circulate daily/weekly/monthly coverage reports with internal stakeholders
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teams and leadership to execute the brand strategy
Other duties include: working with external vendors; managing project timelines and budgets
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in a strategic marketing/communications position; food industry experience is preferred but not required
Self-starter approach with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team
Strong MS Office skills; advanced Excel skills are preferred
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
