Senior QA Engineer
Direct Hire Position
SW Metro
Position Overview:
Oversees and manages all testing efforts, activities, tasks and deliverables for all participating QA/Testing team members
Serves as point of contact for all testing related deliverables and activities
Provides consolidated view of planning, execution and defect statuses; work with initiative Leads including
Project Managers, Development Leads, Business Leads, etc.
Escalation point for test related issues/concerns and drive out all deliverables and activities for all test phases/cycles
Will work members of the team that are offshore
Analyzes functional requirements, wireframes, designs, and other project documentation as appropriate, to determine software application testing requirements
Executes test cases, analyze test results, problems, or failures and documents results
Position Requirements:
7+ years of Quality Assurance / QA Testing
Must have experience developing automated test scripts
Strong grasp of Selenium/Java automation scripting
Experience in agile/iterative environments
Experience in back-end database testing; creating and analyzing database queries, preferably SQL Server 2000 and up
Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation for projects of simple to high complexity
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Any exposure/experience with AEM is highly preferred, but not required
