Software Engineering Manager
Direct Hire

Pay up to $140,000/year
Looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join a growing SaaS start up company.
In this role you will be overseeing 2 delivery teams of around 5-10 people.
Looking for a self starting, go getter that will help expand and support the company platform and integrations.
The Agile software delivery teams include Software, QA, Architecture, Data and DevOps teams.
You will be most successful if you have a development background and have now moved into more of a management role and are looking to continue doing so.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
10 years experience working in roles within a team based custom software development environment
3-5 years managing a team of software developers
Previously a hands on developer, need to have some kind of hands on development experience in your past
Experience working on Agile teams
Understanding of automated unit testing
Strong understanding of web applications
Software Engineers, Applications
