We seek a dynamic Microsoft O365 Systems Engineer to join our team by working in a pre-sales capacity with our key partners to architect, design, and present a wide array of winning complex IT services solutions to our active and prospective customers.

This exciting position focuses primarily on designing Microsoft centric solutions and as such, we are looking for someone with enterprise-level design experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Office 365, Security, Unified Messaging, EMS and end user solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude and can think under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

The ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner while wowing clients with an above and beyond experience will be a key indicator of your success in this role.

Upon securing this role, the Engineer will join a dynamic team within the Infrastructure department to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft solutions on a large enterprise scale.

Any exsposure to Networking, Route/Switching, Firewalls would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, architect, design and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms.

Design and Implement hybrid migration to Exchange and Skype for Business Online in complex environments.

Design and implement migrations to and from Exchange Online from source Exchange environments.

Design and implement Office 365 and Azure eco system authentication infrastructure including Azure AD, ADFS and EMS.

Build operating and support model to transition the solution to operations team.

Identify, validate and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts.

Dealing effectively with senior and mid-level executive/management team in resolving technical conferencing issues and questions

Test, troubleshoot and work independently to resolve both customer and executive issues or problems.

Requirements:

You have several years of experience working as a system administrator, network engineer, or similar position with experience across complete IT industry lifecycle covering pre-sales, consulting, architecture, and design.

You have previously worked as a Systems or Sales Engineer and have a clear methodology for performing requirements gathering, analyzing business requirements, and tailoring a custom product and solutions.

Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at all levels of the organization.

You have a thorough command of core Microsoft cloud technologies, including Office 365, and Azure (IaaS and Paas).

You have previously worked on project which require planning, migration and operations of Office 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations

You have In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as ADFS, Azure, Active
Directory Connect.

You have in-depth knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD, Azure B2B and Azure B2C.

Hands on experience designing and deploying Unified Communications solutions using Microsoft Skype for Business either On-Premises or Online.

You have solid command of at least one programming/scripting language (PowerShell, Python, etc) and being able to write code independently

5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions design and operations

5+ years of Office 365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Teams etc.)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related experience

Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment

You have at least two relevant Microsoft certifications.
