Qualifications:

Experience with SQL development within the reporting functionality of the business.

Any background with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, etc.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requests for new control reports and enhancements to existing reports. Research, evaluate and recommend solutions to achieve those requirements.

Provide production support of existing control reports as needed

Comply with all technical and process controls to ensure a stable and secure production platform

5+ years or more hands-on-experience with Data modeling tool such as (but not limited to) ERWIN and expertise in creating Logical, Physical and Conceptual data models.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in Agile methodology and facilitating sessions with data warehousing partners including business, BA (business analyst), BI (Business Intelligence), SOR SMEs (System of

Record Subject Matter Experts) and ETL (Extract, Load, and Transform) developers to assess business requirements and deliver design prototypes.

Be able to understand current data context, interpret results of analyses, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations to support business objectives.

Drive reuse of data and data models at all levels and establish standards around flexibility of the data model to ensure deviations are within established guard rails.

An advocator of data management best practices and principles. Be able to interact with internal and external clients and customers at various management levels including senior management

Marketing automation software experience including Marketo, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud, Etc.
