Job Description
My Client is seeking to add a Sr. HR Business Partner to their team.
Qualifications:
What You Need For This Role.
7 plus years of HR Generalist experience
Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
Experience in compensation and benefits, employment law, performance management, and HRIS are required recruitment, selection, on/off-boarding
Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes is preferred
Requirements:
Strong ability to problem solve
Strong organizational skills
Interpersonal and communications skills with solid and consistent performance, accuracy and reliability
Must be comfortable doing some Recruiting (but it is not going to be a amain focus of the position)
