Job Description

As an experienced Software Engineer, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices.

You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals.

Description: You will join the team where the delivery of the program has tight timelines and team's demand to onboard an skilled Java Developer (Full Stack is preferred) with most up to date coding experience to able to fit in 2 week sprint SCRUM.

From Day One – You are expected to take part in all Scrum activities/ceremonies and expected to contribute day one.

We expect you to onboard / pre read environment and get you all going in two to three weeks and expectation is to have you start quality coding on your assigned tasks/stories.

Attention to details is a MUST from all team members and extremely candid to speak up / ask questions / raise concerns in a professional manner and be innovative.

We have cloud based applications consist of microservices written in Java and APIs and Rational Database.

Must have:

• Excellent written and oral communicator with strong organizational savvy skills necessary to interface with and influence all levels of organization.

• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines (acclimated with current Tech Stack)

• 7+ years hands on(current / up to date) Software/application development experience with Java J2EE / Spring Boot / Hibernate Annotations / Angular 6 or 7 / Swagger and TypeScript – JavaScript. Also experienced with relational database.

• Expertise writing services to extract db tables and build a flat file / control file pair and send to target destination.

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills – sense of urgency to Sprint commitment aptitude.

• Decisiveness, good judgment, analytical/math/strategic aptitude and problem solving skills to act with authority and take risks in an environment with little direction from others.

• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through, creativity, and multitasking abilities.

• Work in an agile environment geared towards delivering quality code with minimal issues in 2 week sprint

• Lead by example and Collaborate to establish 'best practices' in coding standards and test automation scripts using Selenium/Junit/Jenkins
