Retail IT Support Representative Direct Hire Opening Edina, MN Position Overview: Work in a help desk position which provides on-going hardware and software support for end users Provide on-call support (rotating schedule) Test hardware and software Install hardware and various software systems Provide first level support to customers and end users Position Requirements: 2+ years of IT support experience/working within an IT Support team 2- or 4-year Degree in Computer Science or Business Must have excellent customer service skills Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills Willingness to be on-call and carry pager 24/7 on a periodic cycle Ability to identify and resolve problems pertaining to retail systems and equipment Proficient working with Microsoft Office products A+ Certification would be preferred, but not required Any experience working with SQL is preferred, but not required Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle – some travel to store locations in MN may be needed to help resolve technical issues.
