Our direct and long-term client is looking for a strong, senior, sole-producing, Project / Program Manager with proven enterprise business systems, financials, and business-centric experience!
This is a mid-size organization with geographically dispersed employees nationally ( local HQ ) .
Personality and delivery is key to success here!
We need a senior " roll up the sleeves resource who can be a sole producer and maybe looked at for a Director-level conversion position.
Project Overview: This client is kicking off a 2+ year initiative that will sunset and replace 3 of their core business systems.
This is the HIGHEST priority for senior leadership as it’s a huge, very complex initiative!
There will be a great deal of change management, integration, SW/HW implementation, sunsetting, lift/shift, etc.
Must be a proven senior level project / program manager within technology
Proven experience with large enterprise projects
Communication, delivery, persuasiveness and ability to create quick credibility with multiple business lines
SAP ERP project experience is ideal
ITIL Certification or proven experience with change management, asset management, etc. is required
CSM Certified is ideal.
If not certified, must have Scrum experience.
This is new to the organization, so this resource may also be tapped with implementation of new processes
ServiceNow as user, but more importantly project experience ( integration, etc. )
